Great app and even more fantastic team. Adam and his team are proactive in reaching out and helping us take necessary actions to get fraudulent sites down. I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and persistence on our behalf. The app alerts us and guides us through steps to take when scams occur but the StoreLock team also keep tabs for us to ensure that fraud sites are taken down.
It's really nice to know that while fraud cases have been increasing, we have the StoreLock team on our side ready to help.
Any Shopify site doing well and has copyrighted work should absolutely have this app.

Suddenly this is not working properly! Everyone is blocked from accessing our store so we've removed the app. We can't wait 24 hours or more for someone to get back to us.
We're sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand the frustration. We did release an update to improve our on-site content protection, though we haven't received similar reports from any other stores using the app.
We do want to clarify that we never received a support request from you. We actually reached out to you within 30 minutes of your uninstall to try to understand and resolve the issue, but unfortunately we weren't given the chance to help before the app was removed.
We've been in touch since and would still love the opportunity to dig into what happened and make it right for you.
Finally an app that helps with continuous DMCA issues we've been facing. Love the integrated takedown feature, makes reporting scams so much easier. Support team is also responsive and very helpful!

When I first learned about store cloning scams and how damaging it can be to reputation, I knew we needed this app.
Within a year it happened to us, we were alerted by Store Lock and provided with steps to take. The offending site was promptly removed without incident. Worth the low price for the peace of mind.

Just installed StoreLock, the app that blocks fake sites copying our Shopify store and automatically redirects them back to our site. Within 5 minutes it identified the fake site (jlmatthewsmart.com) that I wanted to block and had redirect option back to our site. It also simplifies sending takedown notices, which is a great add on. This is great to make sure our customers are protected and our online reputation stays in good standing. No more worries about that fake site now! Well done team, great app!

We have been experiencing issues with automatic store copying scams and struggling to get them taken down through DMCA/registrar reporting. This app is incredible! When a customer ends up on the fake website, a pop up shows up alerting the customer that they are on a fake website and redirects them to our website. I am so thankful this app exists to help small businesses like us fight scammers!

Very easy to set up and use. We've had our store mirrored a few times and we were able to get them taken down by following the steps in the app.
