The product is really excellent and the support is simply world-class. You get help immediately, and incredibly fast. What I especially appreciate is that they take the time to assist you – I feel very well taken care of as a customer.
One small suggestion would be to offer the tool in German as well – that would make it perfect.
I can highly recommend both the product and the support. Keep up the great work!
