This review is specific to the help desk. The chat option when you have a question and/or need to trouble shoot is very convenient. I wasn't sure when I posted my question in the chat that anyone would answer... but they did. Two different people. Where one left off due to my inactivity another picked up the moment I had a follow up question. They responded with video as well as screenshots to help me navigate. I really appreciate the help, the fast response, and the visuals as I am a visual learner. Thanks so much.

The only app on the market that provides full control for all aspects of product customization. The user interface can be difficult (it is nuiansced) but it is well worth learning it.

The customer service is great. They help with any issue you may have and resolve them at a quick pace.
