Easy to use app, and it's constantly being worked and improved upon - and most of all - their support is amazing! I had problems with Shopify orders integration once where they stayed online and walked me through to order Fulfillment. Thanks TIB for being a true partner!

Excellent app for product personalization

Teeinblue is a powerful and reliable personalization app that gives customers a smooth and intuitive customization experience. The live preview works great and helps reduce misunderstandings and revisions, which is extremely important when selling personalized products.

The app is flexible and suitable for various product types, and once set up, it works very stably. What really stands out is the support team – responsive, helpful, and always willing to find a solution, even for more complex setups.

This review is specific to the help desk. The chat option when you have a question and/or need to trouble shoot is very convenient. I wasn't sure when I posted my question in the chat that anyone would answer... but they did. Two different people. Where one left off due to my inactivity another picked up the moment I had a follow up question. They responded with video as well as screenshots to help me navigate. I really appreciate the help, the fast response, and the visuals as I am a visual learner. Thanks so much.

This app is rich in features for clipart manipulation, however beyond simply entering text, like a name, the text features are lacking. You are unable to provide a text dropdown list of items for users to select to have printed on an item. They state you need to turn these phrases into clipart, which then does not allow the user to select fonts or font colors due to being an art image. Really is ashame because the clipart features are really good, but they did not place as much effort into the text features.

The only app on the market that provides full control for all aspects of product customization. The user interface can be difficult (it is nuiansced) but it is well worth learning it.

The customer service is great. They help with any issue you may have and resolve them at a quick pace.

Highly recommend this app to anyone selling custom products on shopify or etsy.

Great App ! Take some time to understand, there are so many options. But it is a great addition to my store and I can offer unique products. The support is great and very responsive.

I found the Teeinblue app very easy to configure and use. The integration between Teeinblue, Shopify, and Printful was seamless. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I was able to complete the entire setup and see the results live on my website.

A special mention to Teeinblue Support—I interacted with Kristie, Asian, and Lana, and all three were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Their responsiveness and clarity made the entire experience even better.
