We have been using Teeinblue for almost 2 years by now, everything is smooth and perfect, support is lowly they are sometimes working even on weekend days.

Great app, been using it for a while now, their support team is fast and will do whatever they can to help you out and find a solution.
Had no issue setting it up but there is a learning curve I'd say (but it's well documented and you can always ask the team)

Teeinblue has a learning curve at first, but once you figure out the workflow it becomes second nature, like any tool worth using. The support team is fantastic and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend for anyone Thinking about personalization

I want to sincerely thank the entire support and technical team for helping resolve a very critical issue we were facing on our store. For the last few days, our website was getting stuck, variants were not switching properly, the live preview was lagging, and features like crossword and photo upload were responding very slowly. Because of this, our business was heavily impacted and we were facing significant losses.

During this time, the support team stayed connected with us and carefully checked the problem. After proper investigation, the technical team finally identified the issue and worked on it until everything was fixed. Now the website is running smoothly again, variants are switching properly, and all features like live preview, crossword, and image upload are working perfectly.

I truly appreciate the patience and effort the team showed while handling this issue. Special thanks to Karen for personally helping us, listening to our concerns, and making sure the problem was resolved. Your support made a big difference for our business.

I highly recommend this app—I absolutely love it! It’s been a game changer for my Shopify store. The customer service is amazing as well. Even though there’s a time difference, they always get back to me as quickly as possible and never leave an issue unresolved. I’m not a very tech-savvy person, but they’ve been incredibly patient and helpful every time I need assistance.

Easy to use app, and it's constantly being worked and improved upon - and most of all - their support is amazing! I had problems with Shopify orders integration once where they stayed online and walked me through to order Fulfillment. Thanks TIB for being a true partner!

I’ve worked with several product personalizers, and I can confidently say that Teeinblue is one of the best—if not the best—I have ever used. The interface is intuitive, and the depth of customization it offers for print-on-demand is unmatched.

What really sets them apart, however, is their customer support. The team is absolutely helpful, incredibly friendly, and they respond very quickly whenever I have a question. It makes the entire process of managing a store so much smoother knowing they have my back.

If you are looking for a powerful tool to scale your personalization business, look no further. Highly recommended!

Great experience so far with Teeinblue. The setup had a learning curve, but the support team (shoutout to Alina!) is super fast and knowledgeable. I love that they are always updating the app with new techniques and tools to stay competitive. Between their responsive chat and the helpful help center articles, you’re never left on your own. I'm definitely looking forward to doing more business here
