Completely incompetent staff and application - I wasted entire weeks of my time manually optimizing photos, but then they removed the automatic optimization and now they've included paid plans/monthly fees with ridiculously high prices. Even if it was free before and worthless - now with these prices it's not even worth wasting your time and money. This company is completely useless and arrogant!

Thank you for sharing your experience - we hear you, and we understand that pricing changes are never easy, especially for users who have been with us from the early days.
To clarify what happened with your account: as an early user, your access prior to our pricing update was already secured. However, when you uninstalled the app, that access was unfortunately reset. This is a Shopify platform limitation, not something we can retain after uninstallation. As soon as you reported the issue, our team restored it right away.
Regarding the pricing update: the app has grown well beyond image optimization. It now includes page speed optimization using a range of advanced techniques, and continuing to grow it the right way required us to introduce paid plans. We hope you can understand why this was necessary.
