Very scammy and misleading marketing. They show "Free" instead of "Free plan available"on the app store and then charge for simple things like allowing form entries be submitted to shopify customer.

We’re sorry the App Store listing didn’t clearly distinguish the free plan from paid features when you installed Primy Form Builder. At that time, our plan structure was being tested. Pricing and the requirement to upgrade for creating Shopify customer records from form submissions were shown inside the app before purchase, but we understand that this information should also have been clear before installation. We corrected the App Store pricing details months ago, and the free and paid features are now shown upfront.
