I had a great experience with the Blocky support team. I ran into some billing confusion after uninstalling the app, and Anne went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was extremely professional, communicative, and stayed on top of my request until both my April and May invoices were successfully refunded.
It's rare to find support this dedicated. If you're looking for an app that truly stands behind its service, this is it. Highly recommend, and if you need help, definitely ask for Anne!
