Easy-to-use interface, a wide range of features, and plenty of configuration options. A very well thought-out service and extremely effective.
The customer support is genuinely online and responsive. I installed it during the last half hour of my working day, and they even fixed display issues caused by CSS conflicts with my template before I logged off for the evening...
