I got scammed by Salestio, I asked to downgrade my account they said yes, I was stupid enough to not check it... now they charged me again and I didnt get downgraded-- I think it was for 2 - 3 months - damage like 100€
Hello, we're sorry for the confusion here. The Grower plan was selected and approved for your store in February ($37/month). After your downgrade request, we made the Free plan available for your store, but Shopify does not allow us to change a merchant's subscription automatically.
The new plan still has to be selected and confirmed in Shopify by the merchant.
Since that final confirmation was not completed, the Grower plan remained active, and Shopify continued billing it.
We have followed up by email and are reviewing the eligible charges separately through our billing process.
