We're impressed with both Leat's platform and, more importantly, the people behind it. Tim and Nick have been exceptional, as they took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through implementation with real care before starting the collaboration. They didn't just hand us a tool, but they made sure we understood how to get the most out of it.
What stands out is that Leat feels like a true partner. Our loyalty program is in the onboarding phase, and whenever we have questions or ideas, we know we'll get thoughtful, quick responses. That kind of support makes all the difference when you're building something important for your customers.
