QD (Quantity Breaks/Discounts)

The discounts aren't showing up. I tried going to support using the link the app provided (saying to contact support before uninstall), but it doesn't go anywhere.

Also, if I duplicate a discount, it freezes constantly, and I have to create the promotion from scratch.
