After sending 2 support requests which were ignored after the app stopped working last week I would not recommend this app at all. It did work prior to Shopify implementing the new One Page Checkout, but now it will show the discounted quantity break price in the customers cart, but it all gets removed during checkout, resulting in the need to refund customers after placing an order.

Our app does have a free plan, but with limited functionality.
Starting with the "PRO" plan, absolutely all the features of our app are available.
The product search does not work. IF you have a lot of products, don't install this app, there is a search box for products, but it does not work.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We are sorry to know that you have faced such a situation. Search is working now, and the issue may be caused by not been given you sufficient knowledge about its work. To avoid the same problem, we modified the search processes.
I wanted an app to give a Buy 1 Get 1 offer on multiple products, which is free for use. The app had some issues and the tech tech team worked on it on a priority basis. I am using it now and I am happy with it.The tech team are very helpful and nice to work with.
Here are some nice facts
1. The app is easy to work with, no big technical knowledge needed
2. Eazy integration with Shopify Suppy theme
3. Good support from Tech team
When the app works, it's great. When it doesn't it creates a lot of headaches for me and my staff. The BOGO functionality was particularly problematic, with about 1/3 of customers not getting the free product they expected, requiring refunds or extra communications explaining the issue and manually adding free items to orders. Support was good at first, but the last two or three messages I sent got no response.

We would highly appreciate if you give us a second chance, so we can define the reason for such app behavior.
We had received and replied to each of your requests by email, but it seemed that the letters got to the Spam folder.
The app has been working pretty well but there are orders that slip through and the discount doesn't kick in. Which results in the customer having to email me and complain about being overcharged (sometimes $30 which is a lot) and then I have to go refund that amount. Support has given me no reason as to why that happens, just claim its because of ShopPay or PayPal. All orders are paid via ShopPay or PayPal so that doesn't make any sense. I'd love to figure out the issue and then this app would receive 5 stars.
This app works well and had what we needed. I was most impressed with the fast and helpful service.
The app is great. After trying about 9 apps, was getting nowhere. So I sent a BCC email to a dozen discount/break app devs. Got great feedback and found the right group with the right app. This is the way to go when you want a wild condition met. They are helpful and ready to assist. GREAT JOB. thank you!
Downloaded this app yesterday and works perfectly! Only free app that I have found that offers bulk discounts by collections. Also, I can have more than 1 bulk discount group running at the same time. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone!
