Tried a couple AI chat apps before this one. They were confidently wrong, which is worse than being silently absent. IllumiChat actually reads our Shopify data, so when someone asks where their hoodie is, it knows. When they ask if a tee is back in stock, it knows that too.
We sell hockey apparel. Our customers are adults with disposable income and very little patience, especially in October when the season starts and everyone suddenly needs everything. Having something that answers them at 11pm on a Tuesday — when I am, statistically, losing a game — has been worth it.
Took under a 2 minutes to set up, a view minutes to configure. Inbox is noticeably quieter now. Recommend it if you run a small Shopify store and are tired of answering the same questions.
