does not work for our store. Customer support could not get it to work properly for 2days now and is wasting time. We are losing money launching an expansion store and not having this properly working.
While they say it works, when we try with a dedicated VPN and an individual resident/ living in the region it did not work properly.
Leaving this review because I thought the app would be better and the team more capable seeing only 5star reviews. Giving them 3stars for effort, but it seems they are at the limit of their capabilities.

Throughout our investigation, we tested the configuration across multiple environments, devices, and locations and were unable to consistently reproduce the behavior you reported. As a result, we were unfortunately unable to identify a definitive root cause during our troubleshooting process.
We value all feedback, as it helps us continue improving the app and our support processes. While we're disappointed we couldn't reach a resolution in this case, we appreciate the time you spent working with our team.
