am sorry to say that but the app doesn't work just shows different items all the time which makes this option useless in my store. every time load product for example shoes the result comes dress bracelets est. this is really bad experience.

After reviewing your store, we believe that some settings may not yet have been fully configured, which could prevent the BIRSE feature from functioning as intended. In addition, we noticed that your store currently has more than 4,000 products in the processing queue, while your current subscription plan covers up to 1,000 products. This difference can make it more challenging for BIRSE to accurately identify suitable matches for image searches.
