First of all, we're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced.

However, I'd like to clarify that our app currently only operates on the Product page and does not modify or control the "Add to cart" buttons on other pages of your store.

In your review, you mentioned that the "Add to cart" button disappeared across your entire website. We took another look at our conversation history, but it seems we hadn't received any support request from you regarding this specific issue before the review was posted. Because of that, we didn't have the opportunity to investigate and assist you in time.
