We really liked this platform and had a positive experience for quite some time. However, since the acquisition and subsequent rebrand, support appears to have completely disappeared.
At this point, we have been unable to reach a single person at the company. We’ve emailed support, our account manager, company leadership, and every contact we can find with no response. The silence has been concerning enough that we’re questioning the long-term stability of the platform.
What’s especially frustrating is that their website still allows customers to book support calls through an automated assistant, but the meetings are assigned to former employees who are no longer with the company. The follow-up emails then bounce back because the email addresses are inactive.
We’ve sent multiple requests for assistance over several weeks and have received no acknowledgment whatsoever. Looking through recent reviews, it appears we’re not the only customer experiencing this issue.
Technology platforms evolve and companies change, but completely abandoning customer communication during a transition is unacceptable. We hope someone from the company sees this review and responds to one of our many support requests before we’re forced to move to another solution.
As it stands today, we simply cannot get ahold of a single person at the company.
