Working with Garnet has been great. Before finding them, I was stuck with another Shopify app that felt messy, rigid, and it was just a poor experience altogether, including for my vendors/sellers. When Garnet reached out, I decided to make the switch and I’m glad I did.
Their interface is clear, straightforward, and easy for our sellers to navigate. Their team provides incredible customer service as they are prompt and accommodating to my specific needs. If I need a feature that doesn't exist, they're willing to provide custom work at reasonable prices or even for free if it seems like something other clients would likely get use out of.
