I honestly couldn't be happier with the Fulfiz app. Before I started working with them, I used another fulfillment company and it would sometimes take over a month for my customers to get their orders. It was frustrating for both me and my customers.
Since switching to Fulfiz, everything has been so much better. Shipping is fast, my product costs are a little lower, and best of all, I no longer get complaints about customers waiting forever for their orders.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Draco, Thea, and Judy. They have been amazing to work with. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, they get back to me right away. I've never had to wait until the next day for a response, which is rare these days.
Running a business can be stressful, so it's a huge relief knowing I have a fulfillment team I can count on. If you're looking for a fulfillment app for your Shopify store that is reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping your business succeed, I highly recommend the Fulfiz app.
