I've been working with FFOrder since the very beginning of my store, and that alone says a lot. Unlike most suppliers that require a minimum order history before accepting new merchants, FFOrder welcomed me from day one — no minimums, no gatekeeping. That made a real difference when I was just starting out.
What sets FFOrder apart is the dedicated agent model. I have my own agent — Pauline — and that changes everything. She is proactive, organized, and genuinely invested in my business. Every time I've had an urgent situation — and in e-commerce, they happen — she was on it immediately, without me having to chase anyone down.
I honestly don't know how my store would look today without FFOrder. It would certainly be a very different — and harder — journey. If you're a Shopify merchant looking for a supplier that actually supports you, this is it.
