Phenomenal customer support and on time resolvency. Unlike other service providers they don't trouble you through tickets and other formalities that cause nothing but pain. Product is amazing. Implementation partner visited us in person and patiently understood all our requirements. We couldn't have asked for a better Inventory management system. Its a 10/10 from our side. Whatsapp group support happens within minutes to hours instead of taking days or weeks. Loved the experience!!
