can't use it
Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry this was frustrating.
Your store has a large catalogue, and on exports that size the progress indicator didn't keep up: it could look stalled when the export was in fact still running.
We focused on getting the data side right and let that part of the experience slip, and for that we apologise.
I worked through it with you while you tried, and the last run came within a whisker of finishing before it was cancelled.
The progress display is now fixed so long exports clearly show what's happening, and you'll be refunded in full as promised.
