I can't see any orders in the app to check that everything is syncing properly. It also says I have 0 products linked, yet I have 5 products linked. I don't feel the app is very transparent. I can't see orders from Ebay, I can't look at the products that are linked. It is way too basic
UPDATE: The developers got in touch and added the feature I was looking for and I can now see the orders from Ebay and make sure they synced properly. Thanks for quickly correcting the problem and I hope to continue to see the app become more streamlined and user friendly.
UPDATE (June 19, 2026): The requested Order Sync History page is now available directly within the app. Sellers can now view imported eBay orders and their synchronization history without leaving the app.

The most important point for other sellers: Order and inventory synchronization works reliably. eBay orders are transferred correctly to Shopify, and inventory levels are automatically updated when sales are made.
You’re right that the current app doesn’t yet offer a dedicated overview page for imported orders, since these are visible by default on the official Shopify orders page. Based on your feedback, we’re already working on an additional view for orders and associated products. This feature will be available in the coming days.
