My experience with SEOlab was not the right fit for our current needs, especially because we operate in the diagnostic lab and medical business space, where requirements are very specific. That said, I truly appreciate the support from Mark Brady and the personal connection we established. He showed genuine interest in helping healthcare nt sickcare explore SEOlab, and I value that effort. Even though we are not using the app now, I would be open to revisiting it in the future if our requirements align better.

Regarding meta titles and descriptions: SEOLab has a built in restore function that allows you to revert all changes at any time. The restore button is clearly visible within the app dashboard.
Regarding image format: SEOLab does not convert images to AVIF format under any circumstances. Our image optimization only reduces the file size while keeping the exact same image quality and original file type completely unchanged. JPEG stays JPEG. PNG stays PNG. We would kindly suggest checking the AI image generation tool you are currently using on your website. As can be clearly seen on your own store, each product image shows an AI label at the bottom, which indicates your images are being generated and converted by an AI tool, not by SEOLab.
