TicketFlow completely changed the way we manage customer support. Before, we were receiving a huge number of emails every day and it was very easy to lose track of conversations, previous replies, and what had already been done.
Now, everything is clear and organized in one place. The whole team can see the ticket history, what a colleague already replied, what actions were taken, and whether the issue has been resolved. It has made our support much more professional and efficient.
