I wish I had checked Shopify reviews before purchasing. I didn't, and I am deeply regretting it now.

We are a small business. ₹16,142 is not a small amount for us. We purchased the AiSensy Pro + Flow plan based on a specific verbal commitment that we would receive dedicated one-on-one onboarding support to set up our WhatsApp retention flows. That commitment was made repeatedly before payment. After payment, it disappeared completely.

No CSM was assigned for nearly two months. Flows were never set up. Every support request was bounced between teams with no resolution.
We raised a formal refund request. AiSensy conducted their own internal investigation and confirmed in writing on June 22 that the delay in CSM assignment and inconsistent support was on their side, and that they would proceed with the refund.

That was 17 days ago. Since then, five written and verbal commitments have been made and missed. The case has passed through six different people each one either pointing to someone else or giving a deadline they don't keep. Messages have been deleted from WhatsApp during an active dispute.

This is not a one-off bad experience. Read the other 1-star reviews here the pattern is identical. Aggressive follow-up before payment. Zero accountability after.

If you are a small business, please avoid AiSensy. The money and time you will lose is not worth it.
