It doesn't work about 1/3 of the time. It isn't working now on our website.
I have a lot of problems with this.
An experience such as the one you describe will be due to improper settings or an issue with the connected provider, which is GlobalTranz in your case. On the date of your review, GlobalTranz's API had not updated its API to handle July 3 as the workday public holiday for Independence Day. It is the only provider of the dozens Eniture has apps for that failed to do so. A work around can be achieved by updating a setting in the app, which is documented in the User's Guide, and which you were informed of through the support channel.
