Thank you so much for your kind words, and sorry for the confusion here.

To cancel your plan, please open the app and go to Plans → Cancel Current Subscription button. You’ll find it at the bottom of the Plans page.

You can also simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin - this will automatically cancel the subscription as well.

If the reason is related to pricing, please contact us at storelocator@progus.com. We’ll be happy to help and I’m sure we can find a solution.

Also, if you were charged for a period when you didn’t use the app, just email us and we’ll refund it without any problem. :)
