Their customer service is so good it makes it impossible not to recognize them. They take almost all feedback, and I feel truly acknowledged by them and respected whenever they talk to me. Because their new they do have to roll out more product updates, and website changes, but in about a year it will be just as good as the competitors, and if I'm betting anything, I believe it will be drastically better, and I'm willing to stick with them instead of anyone else.
