LYVECOM: Shoppable Video & UGC

Slowed the store loading time significantly, designated placement in the store, no option to move up to different location on the product pages, collections, no support at all. Scheduled an on boarding call with Krista twice, and she didn't show up, then messaged though through chat box and was offered a call on another day, which i was open to, then they immediately said that that day was not available. I also emailed several times and got no reply and scheduled a call with Max who was also "no show".
