I wasted way too much time trying to figure out how to setup a free local delivery option at checkout for my B2B/wholesale clients! I contacted Reymar and he helped me navigate where to go to setup a custom shipping profile and then he quickly made a shipping rule for me so that free local delivery automatically shows up on the checkout page.
