Worst experience. Signed up for trial. Managed to connect with amazon. Paid $199 fro setup, made appointment for web meeting. But there was no one there and there has been no contact except from Melanie whom said she will get the amazon dept to get back to me. Im still waiting.

Hey there, we’re very sorry for the missed meeting and the frustration it caused. We’ve now been in touch, refunded the full $199 setup fee, and offered to complete the setup free of charge. We hope we can turn this experience around.
