This app updates tracking info but doesn't trigger Shopify's native notification "delivered" what's the point then?

We saw your support request and replied with instructions, as our app does trigger Shopify’s native Delivered notification when it’s configured correctly. This is usually caused by a Shopify setting that needs to be enabled.
