The app has a significant issue: occasionally, during a sale, it fails and does not allow us to enter the required information. Furthermore, there is no option to add missing information or correct it afterward.
In our case, we use the app to collect medical information for products that require a prescription, including the prescribing physician’s details. These failures prevent us from considering it a reliable tool for our business. The app’s stability needs to be improved, and users should be able to edit or complete the information after a sale.
Unfortunately Shopify does not support editing line-item properties so there is no way to edit or add additional properties. We agree this would be a great feature, we wish we could allow it too.
