I asked customer service multiple times to pause the account because it wasn’t what I was thinking it was. They kept putting it off until I was charged and then they showed me a link to uninstall it.

Now I have to go and rebuild my Klaviyo flows and get their “stuff” out of my account.

No offer to return the amount charged even though I never used their service.

I was hopeful when I saw the demos but customer service and support was terrible.
