Fast to implement, and the dashboard for managing guidelines is genuinely easy for a non-technical team to work with (including in Arabic and Thai, which handle noticeably better than we expected going in). But the real differentiator is the people. The founders are involved in onboarding and constant improvements, they actually act on feedback, and support has been consistently strong.
Technically super strong, learning from my guidelines, training materials but also constantly learning from my website,helping people to even select a product.
