This is the only AI chatbot app that I've tried that actually works!! And when it doesn't asnwer a question right you can add that to its knowledge base. I'm super excited to start seeing more of how my customers are interacting with this thing. You can see all the chat histories and really find out more about your customers and the kind of questions they are asking.
