When I update it will lag and then give me a 404 and I'll have to start over.

Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the hassle. We've shipped fixes that cut page load work substantially and stop the app showing a misleading "404" when a save fails. I'd like to make sure it's actually resolved for your setup: could you email us at [support] with the screen you were on? Happy to dig in directly.
