We worked with Avalara before and they were a nightmare, insanely expensive and had zero customer service. They had no one to answer the phones, and constantly tried to use AI bots to facilitate tax questions. Numeral is 1,000x better, and it's easy to connect with real people who can help in case of issues. I highly recommend.
