Installed and was excited to use this but after installing on Shopify, the app won't open. Every time I try is gives me an error message "Application Error"
Broken from the get-go. Very disappointing!
Update: After receiving the response I tried this again. It loaded but unfortunately it had all the rules and radar in spanish. I clicked on the email link and the app went back to that error page I was dreading. It seems it is just not meant to be. Hopefully there is a fix to get English language because the current language won't work on my store region.
You're right, and I'm sorry, this one was on us.
A dependency update on our side introduced a database error that stopped the app from loading. Anyone who installed during that window hit the "Application Error" screen you saw. It's fixed and deployed, and we've added a test that catches this specific failure so it can't reach production again.
I understand you've uninstalled, and honestly that's fair, a first impression like that speaks for itself. If you ever want to try again, write to me at soporte@pangostudio.com and I'll set it up on your store myself.
