Easysize do not operate in good faith. Disappointed with how EasySize handles billing. We escalated beyond support and still got nowhere. For a tool aimed at Shopify businesses, the customer care around renewals is a real red flag. Would not recommend based on our experience. Save yourself and don’t touch this app. I've now seen other reviews relating to the same thing. Wish I saw this beforehand. Stay away from the app
This review is disingenuous: you confirmed the app worked well and brought strong sales and returns results, then tried to pressure us for a refund.
We didn't try to sneakily renew your agreement. Quite the opposite: we reached out before the renewal date but didn't hear back. Our team has also sent regular updates. You later mentioned that some of our emails ended up in your spam folder, but you confirmed you did receive them on your end.
The annual plan was your choice, and you saved 33% with it. We also gave you licenses for more stores at no extra cost. You signed an agreement that clearly states annual plans are not refundable – that's also Shopify's policy. Months after the renewal, while you were still using the app, you asked for a refund.
You admitted there was no wrongdoing on our part, and we find it misleading that this review now presents a different picture of the facts.
The app remains fully available to you for the rest of your term, and our team is here if you need us. We simply couldn't offer a refund, so we've left this here to set the record straight for other merchants.
