We completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

The duplicate-checking feature was initially built in a simpler way. After identifying a few limitations and glitches, we temporarily took it down so we could rebuild and improve it properly.

A much better and more reliable version of this feature has been deployed.

We should have communicated this more clearly while the feature was being upgraded, and we take responsibility for that.

In some cases, duplicates or triplicates can happen when the same product is available in multiple collections or through different URLs on the source website.

However, regardless of the technical reason, we completely understand that duplicate products create a real business problem, and this is exactly what the new version is designed to address.

We genuinely wish you had contacted us through chat when you noticed the issue. Our support team is available for around 18 hours every day, and we would have immediately investigated the problem and helped you resolve it.

We have also added an advanced feature that allows you to delete unwanted products directly from the Kopy-fy dashboard, without even having to go to the Shopify Products section.
