Country Blocker Fraud Securify

I accidentally locked out our German wholesale buyer after enabling geo-blocking. Panicked and messaged support. They responded within the hour, told me exactly where to add the whitelist entry, and even confirmed the IP I gave them resolved to the right location. My buyer was back in by lunch. Could've been a real problem without that quick turnaround.
