SendPulse Email, SMS & Pop‑ups

The Shopify integration with SendPulse works for no more than 10 days, and then it simply stops working. The worst part is that their technical support has been unable to identify the cause of this problem for more than a year.

Overall, many SendPulse products feel like very immature, unfinished startup-level solutions, while being priced at several times what their actual value seems to justify.

The biggest problem is that once you build your system around SendPulse, it becomes surprisingly difficult to leave. And it seems they know this very well.

My rating: 1/5. I do not recommend it, especially if you need a reliable Shopify integration.
