Vrobo has been a game changer for our Shopify store.
What I like most is that it’s not just a WhatsApp automation app. We can build complete automated flows for order confirmation, customer follow-ups, upselling, and different order scenarios.
The integrations with shipping and payment providers make the whole process much easier, and having everything connected to Shopify saves us a lot of manual work.
The ability to customize flows based on customer behavior and order status is especially useful for our business. We’re also using it for cross-selling after order confirmation, which gives us a much better opportunity to increase the order value.
The support team has also been excellent — responsive, helpful, and quick to understand and solve issues.
Highly recommended for Shopify stores that want to automate their operations and customer communication, not just send WhatsApp messages.
