Meety: Appointment Booking App

We use Meety to manage bookings for our Japanese sewing classes and workshops, and it has been very helpful, especially for managing multiple services with shared capacity.

Since our booking setup is a little complex, we have contacted the support team several times while setting up and adjusting the system. Every time, they have been patient, responsive, and very helpful.

A special thank you to Brad, Peony, Grace, Mary, Anna, and Macie, who have all supported us at different stages. Even when our questions were quite specific, they took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and provided clear explanations, screenshots, and practical solutions.

What I particularly appreciate is that they don't just solve the immediate problem — they also explain how the settings work, so we can manage the system ourselves in the future.

Meety is a very useful booking app, but the quality of the support team makes it even better. Thank you to everyone who has helped us!
