At first the bundle seemed to work great, took a little time to get it set up properly but not too bad. The trouble came when my first orders using the bundle came in. The Maxbundle was only supposed to discount a specific bundle, instead it discounted all the items in the cart and I lost a lot of profit, almost costing me money! I reached out to support and that took 2 days to get back to me. After sending them the requested screenshots/urls etc to solve the problem they have completely ghosted me and no response in over a week. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BUNDLES DO NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH THE SHOPIFY CART. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME

We’re really sorry about this both the discount applying to the whole cart and the delay getting back to you. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, especially after you took the time to send screenshots.

Please email us at codexade978@gmail.com with your store URL and we’ll jump on this right away, fix the bundle so only those items are discounted, and make sure extra cart items stay at full price.

Sorry again for the trouble, and thank you for giving us a chance to make it right.
