Wanted to know when competitors run sales, not just individual price drops. Support enabled the collection monitoring that detects new 'Sale' or 'Clearance' collections. First alert caught a competitor's flash sale within hours of launch. We adjusted our own pricing before most of their customers even saw their sale.
