Asked Support whether Snoopie could track new product additions, not just price changes. They showed me the product catalog monitoring toggle I'd overlooked in the Alert settings. Enabled it, and the next morning I got a notification that my main Competitor had added three new SKUs Overnight. That intel alone justified the install.

Had a competitor with 3,000+ products and only a fraction were being tracked. Support explained the default crawl depth setting and increased it for my account. Full catalog sync took about 12 hours but now every product is monitored. They followed up the next day to confirm everything came through, which I didn't expect but appreciated.
