I needed to know when competitors launch sales, not just individual price drops. Support showed me the collection monitoring feature that detects when a new 'Sale' or 'Clearance' collection appears. First week after enabling it, I caught a competitor's summer sale twelve hours after they launched it. We adjusted our own pricing the same morning.
