Scanpacker Barcode Pick & Pack

We urgently needed to replace our old and outdated warehouse picking app and scanners. After researching several options, we selected Scanpacker because it offered everything we needed and integrated extremely well with Shopify.

What impressed me most is how simple Scanpacker is for our warehouse staff to use. We have multiple pickers, and it is easy to set up users and roles, create batches, establish warehouse routing, and assign carts. The built-in checks and controls also make it very difficult to pick or ship the wrong product.

The External Login is another great feature, allowing me to monitor and manage picking activity without logging into Shopify.

Just as impressive is Scanpacker’s customer support. We had several requests for tweaks to better fit our workflow, and their team genuinely listened, responded quickly, and made the changes we needed. That level of support is difficult to find.

If you are picking and fulfilling products from a warehouse, I highly recommend Scanpacker. It is simple, well-designed, integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and has outstanding customer support.
